11. Data Deletion Policy

Reelax provides an in-app option to delete your account and associated personal data.

You can delete your data by following these steps:

Steps to delete account:

1. Download and install the Reelax App

2. Login with your registered number

3. Visit Profile Screen and Tap on Delete Account Option

When you delete your account:

Your Reelax account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
Any data obtained from Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), including connected account information and access tokens, will be deleted and revoked.
Your profile and platform connections will no longer be accessible.

The deletion process is initiated immediately and typically completed within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or financial compliance.

Some limited data may be retained where legally required. Backup and archival copies may persist temporarily but will not be used for any other purpose.

If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by emailing support@getreelax.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
